He manages critical operational steps such as securing custom-crush facilities, monitoring fruit quality throughout the growing season, conducting grape sampling as harvest approaches, and ultimately making the crucial pick call.
Kian's deep understanding of fermentation, barrel work, and aging ensures every wine receives the skilled oversight required to achieve a client’s vision. He works collaboratively with each partner to define their winemaking philosophy and stylistic goals, even assisting with cooperage selection to help shape the final character of the wine.
